Tuesday Night Round Up: Girls Varsity

Anderson 55  New Braunfels 49
(L) 2014 W 5’10 Shondra Guillory of Anderson has really stepped up her game. Guillory was moved up from the freshman team early in the season due to her hard work ethic. Guillory notched 7 and had some key rebounds to help her team to victory.
(R) 2012 G 5’5 Caitlin Kriessel-Bigler of Anderson notched 15. Caitlin has excellent range on her shot and will burn you from deep. She has an great skill set with no problem attacking the basket.
(L) 2011 G 5’8 Rebekah Knudson of New Braunfels notched 16. Knudson is a great guard with tremendous athleticism. Knudson has excellent defensive footwork and continues to play at a high level.
(R) 2011 W 5’10 Julie Direnzo of New Braunfels dropped 15. Julie is one of the toughest players around and continues to be an impact player for the Unicorns.
Cedar Park 66  Marble Falls 42
(B) 2013 W 6’0 Kiara Etheridge of Marble Falls notched 17. Etheridge is having an outstanding year as she is averaging 16ppg and 13 rebounds. Etheridge is a high quality player with a bright future.
Hutto 61  Connally 51
(L) 2011 G 5’5 Haley Jackson of Hutto has quick feet with aggressive play on both ends of the floor. They say big things come in small packages and i believe this fits Haley perfect. She does so many different things on the floor for the Hippos which truly makes her a impact player. Jackson has an excellent skill set with nice range from the perimeter. Look for Haley to do good things as a next level player.
(R)  2012 P 5’10 Autum Shead of Connally lead all scorers with 12 . Shead continues to be a force in the middle for the Cougars and will be an asset as they make their run in district play.
Bastrop 56  Hendrickson 47
(L) 2011 W 5’11 Kathryn Tolbert of Hendrickson notched 12.With her size and ability to handle & shoot the ball she will definitely be an asset at the next level.
(R) 2011 G 5’7 Hillari Raemsch of Bastrop has a nice smooth game.The senior guard is pretty quick with the dribble and does a good job getting the team out in transition.
  
Stony Point 52  Mc Neil 40
(L) 2011 PG 5’8 Christina Robinson has a nice smooth game. Christina is a great all around player with the ability to get her teammates involved. She has excellent ball handling, passing, and shooting skills with great range from the perimeter. Robinson continues to be an impact player and will do things at the next level.

(R) 2012 G 5’3 Zeniah Morgan of Stony Point is a quick PG with a nice skill set. Morgan has great defensive footwork and consistently plays aggressive.

Pflugerville 56  Westwood 19
(B) 2012 G 5’6 Jasmyn Booker of Pflugerville have excellent ball handling skills with a high basketball IQ. Booker has really developed her perimeter game, and will be a nice next level player in the class of 2012. Jasmyn will suit up with the Texas D-1 Ambassadors this summer Jasmyn lead the way with 10.
