Anderson is 4-1 for the first time in perhaps a decade.  A young, resurgent team under a new coach (sprinkled in with a little talent too) seems to be the answer.  2012 WG Hayden Graham, one of the area’s purest shooters had 14 in the win.

The Baptist Boys roared back in the 4th quarter behind senior Brooks Pawsat’s 14

Bastrop 64 Cedar Park 57
“Who’d a thunk it” that at the end of November these two schools would be deep within the Texas High School Football playoffs, and be without two of the area’s better players; Josiah Monroe (Texas-San Antonio) & Dylan Cox (Army).  Best of luck to these two Texas D1 Ambassadors on the gridiron this coming week.  Meanwhile, back at the ranch Jordan Roach (South Alabama) took care of business with 24 points in the win.

Austin Akins 45 Austin Lake Travis 29
Lake Travis took the air out of the ball, holding Akins to half the 100 they scored v Pflugerville 10 days ago but they couldn’t keep G Yolonzo Moore (Hartford) from posting big numbers with 23 in the win.
